Bruce MBANZABUGABO is the founder of The Story Told On Canvas Festival (The STOC Festival), an event organized by BruceM Hub, a Kigali-based tech and social enterprise that merges technology, multimedia, fashion, and painting to drive boundary-breaking innovation. The festival was inspired by Bruce’s passion for fusing tradition with modern creativity.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Kigali Independent University (ULK). During his studies, he combined his technical knowledge with his artistic interests, using tools like Photoshop to refine and expand his creative skills.

Bruce is also the founder of My Rwanda, a training initiative under BruceM Hub, which provides young people with hands-on education in IT and Multimedia, empowering the next generation of innovators.

Alongside his entrepreneurial and artistic ventures, Bruce Bruce is a part-time Lecturer at the University of Lay Adventists of Kigali (UNILAK) in the Multimedia program offered by the Faculty of Computing and Information for Undergraduate students.
